How setup works after you decide
You do not need to type every student again. Most schools already have a student list in Excel. You download our template, copy your data into it and upload. The system checks every row first and gives you an Excel error report, so you can fix mistakes before anything is saved.
Next we help you set up classes and sections, fee heads and the class fee matrix, instalments, and your exam pattern. Then we train your office staff on fee collection and reports, and your teachers on attendance, homework and marks entry.
On go-live day, your office starts collecting fees in the system and teachers start marking attendance. Parents install the app and log in. After that, our team in Telangana supports you by phone, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM.

Is the demo really free?
Yes. The demo is free and there is no commitment. We only ask for 30 minutes of your time.
Is the demo online or at our school?
The standard demo is online, on a phone or video call with screen sharing. Call us if you would like to discuss a visit.
Will you use our school data in the demo?
No. We use sample data in the demo. Your real data is imported only after you decide to go ahead.
How do we move our current data?
Students can be uploaded from an Excel template. The system checks each row and gives an error report before saving, so bad rows do not get in.
Do our teachers need training?
We train your office staff and teachers on the screens they will use. Most daily tasks, like marking attendance, take only a few taps.
