Sound familiar?
Too many calls to the office
Parents phone to ask about homework, dues, results and why the bus is late, and the office cannot keep up.
Diaries and notes get lost
Homework and notices written in the diary or sent home on paper often never reach the parent.
Separate apps for everything
One app for fees, another for the bus and a WhatsApp group for notices confuses parents and staff.
What you get
Homework and notices
Teachers post homework with a due date. Parents and students see it in the app along with school notices.
Attendance at a glance
Parents see their child's attendance and get a notification when the child is marked absent.
Results and CCE report
Published exam results and the CCE progress report open in the app, and the report can be saved as an image.
Fees and online payment
See pending fees, the fee statement and receipts, and pay the school fee by UPI, card or net banking.
Hall tickets and passes
Open the hall ticket once the school publishes it, plus the bus pass and the gate QR pass.
Live school bus
See where your child's bus is on a map, and get a notification as it comes near your stop.

What parents and students see
The Nipun Schools app opens on the School Portal, where students, parents and teachers log in. A parent with more than one child in the school can switch between children inside the app.
- Homework: today's homework with due dates.
- Attendance: the child's record, with an alert on days they are absent.
- Exams: published results, the CCE progress report and hall tickets.
- Fees: what is pending, the fee statement, receipts and online payment.
- Bus: live location of the school bus and the bus pass.
- Notices: school announcements, with app notifications.
Students also get study materials and assignments, including multiple-choice homework, in their own login.
Parents who use an iPhone or a computer can log in to the same parent portal from a web browser. Read more on online fee payment and bus tracking.
What teachers and office staff can do
Teachers log in to the same app. From their home screen they can mark class attendance, add homework, enter exam marks and check attendance reports. There is no separate teacher app to install, and the teacher login shows teaching tools only, not fee collection or school settings.
Office staff swipe to the Staff Management section. It has roles for school admin, receptionist, accountant, transport manager, bus driver and hostel manager, so each person sees the tools for their job. A bus driver, for example, can share the bus location for live tracking.
Because everything runs on one system, what the teacher marks, the parent sees. When the accountant records a payment, the parent's fee screen shows it. When marks are published, results appear in the parent login.
See how attendance alerts work on attendance and parent alerts.
