Create fee heads like tuition and books, set the amount for each class in one matrix, and attach an instalment plan.
Collection desk
Search a student to see payment history and instalment schedule. Record payment by cash, UPI, bank, card, cheque or online, with a reference number.
Receipts and discounts
Print the receipt right away, or reprint it later. Give a discount on school or bus fees and it shows on the receipt and in reports.
Dues and collection reports
Outstanding dues, daily, monthly, yearly, class-wise and section-wise collection, and expected vs achieved, each with export.
Bus and hostel fees
Bus fees are set per stop and collected by month at their own desk. Hostel fees have a separate desk and receipt register.
Online payment by parents
Parents pay the pending school fee from the portal or app by UPI, card or net banking. The receipt is created when the payment is confirmed.

From fee setup to the end-of-day report
Start by creating fee heads, such as tuition, books or exam fee. Then fill the class fee matrix with the amount for each class, and attach an instalment plan if you collect in terms.
At the counter, your accountant searches for a student and sees everything on one screen: what is due, what has been paid, and the instalment schedule. They choose the payment mode, add a UPI or cheque reference, apply a discount if approved, and save. The receipt prints at once and the reports update straight away.
For the owner and principal, the reports answer the daily questions:
- Daily collection: every receipt with mode, discount and net amount.
- Outstanding dues: balance for each student with parent mobile and paid percent.
- Monthly, yearly, class-wise and section-wise collection.
- Collection efficiency and expected vs achieved by class.
Every report can be exported, to Excel, PDF or CSV depending on the report, for your auditor or your own files.
Let parents pay school fees online
Online payment uses your school's own Cashfree or Razorpay account, so the money goes to your account through the payment provider. Once it is switched on, parents open the fees screen in the portal or app, see the pending school fee for the year, and pay by UPI, card or net banking.
When the payment is confirmed, the system creates the receipt automatically and the parent can view it. Your dues report updates without anyone typing it in. The payment provider charges its own fees; these are set by the provider, not by us.
Please note: online payment covers the school fee balance. Bus fees are collected at the school desk. Parents can also see a fee statement and past receipts in the app. See the parent app and WhatsApp fee reminders.
Questions schools ask
Which payment modes can we record at the desk?
Cash, UPI, bank, card, cheque and online. You can add a reference like the UPI or cheque number.
Where does online fee money go?
To your school's own Cashfree or Razorpay account, which you connect in settings. The provider's transaction charges apply.
Can parents pay bus fees online?
Not at present. Online payment covers the school fee balance. Bus fees are collected at the school desk.
Can we give a discount or concession?
Yes. At the collection desk you can enter a discount on school or bus fees. It shows on the receipt and in the reports.
Can we export fee reports?
Yes. Each fee report has an export button. Depending on the report, you get Excel, PDF or CSV.
Are hostel fees kept separate?
Yes. Hostel fees have their own desk and receipt register, so they do not mix with school tuition.
