Nipun India Skill Development and Training Pvt. Ltd. (“Nipun Schools”, “we”, “us”) runs nipunschools.com, publishes free learning resources for parents, students and teachers, and provides school management software and related services to institutions across India.

2. Information we collect

Schools & franchises

• Institute name, address, contact persons, GST/PAN where applicable
• Staff usernames, roles and login activity
• Student records: name, class, attendance, fees, exam marks (entered by the school)

Parents & students

• Mobile number, email (if provided), guardian details
• Portal login and app usage for fees, homework and alerts

Website visitors

• Contact form and demo requests
• IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited
• Cookies and similar technologies used for security, analytics and advertising (see section 4)

• Operate the school ERP, SMS/WhatsApp alerts and mobile apps
• Support, billing and franchise onboarding
• Improve product security and performance

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Children's privacy

Our guides are written for parents, students and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. Student information inside the school software is entered and controlled by the child's school.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with advertising partners as described in section 4, payment gateways (e.g. registration fees), SMS/WhatsApp providers, and hosting partners under contract. Schools remain responsible for accuracy of student data they enter.

6. Security & retention

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and server safeguards. Data is retained while the school account is active and as required by law.

7. Your rights

Schools may request correction or export of institute data. Parents should contact their school office first; you may also email info@nipunschools.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
