What affects the price
We do not publish one fixed price, because a 200-student school and a 2,000-student school need different things. Your quote depends on:
- Number of students. This is the biggest factor.
- Modules you choose. For example CCE exams, transport with bus tracking, hostel, or gate attendance.
- Branches. If you run more than one campus, tell us how many.
- WhatsApp usage. Messages sent through a WhatsApp Business API provider are charged by that provider. The WhatsApp Pro campaign tool is a separate plan.
- Online fee payments. Cashfree or Razorpay charge their own transaction fees on parent payments. These are set by the provider, not by us, and the money goes to your school's own account.
Hardware such as fingerprint machines or gate tablets is not part of the software. You buy it only if you want gate attendance. We tell you every one of these costs in writing before you decide. See WhatsApp for schools and fee collection.
What is included, and what else comes with it
Every school gets help with setup, data import from Excel, training for office staff and teachers, phone support from our team in Telangana, the Nipun Schools Android app and the parent web portal, and ongoing updates.
Along with the main modules (fees, attendance, CCE exams, admissions, certificates, ID cards, the app, WhatsApp alerts and bus tracking), these tools are also included:
- Library: book catalogue and issue records.
- Hostel: rooms, stays and a separate hostel fee desk.
- Inventory for school stock.
- Daily expenses and a finance dashboard.
- Staff salary payment records (basic records, not statutory payroll).
- Class timetable.

Why is there no price on this page?
The cost depends on your student count, modules and messaging needs. A short call lets us give you an accurate written quote instead of a guess.
Is the demo free?
Yes. The 30-minute demo is free and you are under no obligation to buy.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
The terms, including the billing period, are written in your quote. Ask us any question about them before you decide.
Can we take our data out?
Yes. The student register exports to Excel or PDF, and fee reports export to Excel, PDF or CSV, depending on the report.
Are payment gateway charges included?
No. Cashfree or Razorpay charge their own fees on online payments. The money goes to your school's own account with that provider.
Do we need to buy a biometric machine?
No. Teachers can mark attendance in the app. Fingerprint machines and gate tablets are optional and bought separately.
