What Nipun Schools does

Most private schools in India still run on a mix of paper registers, Excel sheets and WhatsApp groups. The fee clerk keeps one book, the class teacher keeps another, and the principal only finds out how much fee is pending when someone adds it all up at the end of the month. Nipun Schools replaces that patchwork with one shared system: every student has one record, and the office, the teachers and the parents all look at the same numbers.

The software covers the work a school office does every day. It handles admissions and student records, fee structures and fee collection with printed receipts, daily attendance with automatic messages to parents, CCE and term exams with report cards, transfer and study certificates, ID cards, staff attendance and payroll, school bus tracking, and messages to parents on WhatsApp. Parents, students and teachers use Android apps connected to the same records, so a fee paid at the counter or an absence marked in class shows up for the parent the same day.

How we work with a school

Changing software is stressful for a school office, so we keep the process short and hands-on:

1. Free demo. We show the system on your own laptop or phone, using examples from your school: your classes, your fee heads and your exam pattern.
2. Data import. You send your existing student list and fee details in Excel. Our team imports them, so the office does not retype hundreds of records.
3. Setup. We set up classes, sections, the class fee matrix, the academic year and the exam pattern with your principal or correspondent.
4. Staff training. Office staff, accountants and teachers each learn only the screens they need. Most staff are comfortable within a week.
5. Ongoing support. After go-live, the school calls or messages our support team during working hours, and updates are added without extra installation.

Free guides for parents, students and schools

Alongside the software, we publish free, practical guides in our Learning Resources section. They cover topics such as choosing between CBSE, ICSE and state boards, preparing for SSC 10th exams, building a study timetable, handling exam stress, writing report card comments, running parent-teacher meetings and keeping children safe online. These guides are written to be useful whether or not a school uses our software, and they follow our editorial policy.

How we handle school data

A school trusts us with children's names, attendance, marks and fee records. We treat that data as the school's property. Each school sees only its own records, staff log in with their own accounts and roles, and attendance, marks and fee history are never deleted when the software is updated.
